So in June 2019 I posted a blog entitled Travels with Babs Darling: On My First Tour. It was about how, after 50 years of mostly solo wanderings around the world, I took my first guided tour to the Badlands and Black Hills of South Dakota. The tour had its ups and downs but signified that I (and we, I think) can broaden our perspectives about who we are and what our paths will be in the future. Here’s the blog:

Today I’m adding the 20th Baby Bloomer blog since I began. Much has happened in the world over the past two years, and my blogs reflect the changing times. Several of the blogs are about traveling in our minds and accessing our memories while we’re stuck in place during the pandemic.
After I started writing blogs, I began to reach out for other sites that would post my blogs and articles, and what has become my main outpost is the travel magazines TravelAwaits.
